Any student interested in Running Start must attend one info session to learn more about the program. Sessions are every Monday and Wednesday through April 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at The Grove Recital Hall (MAC).
Students must sign up beforehand at wvc.edu/rsinfo. Parents are encouraged to attend with their student but students must be present.
Running Start is a program that allows 11th and 12th grade students to take college courses at Washington's 34 community and technical colleges. Students earn both high school and college credits for these courses. Running Start students and their families do not pay tuition. They are responsible for mandatory fees, books and transportation.
